Determination Is the Key of Success on Entrepreneurship?

When it comes to facing all adversities, it is and I’ll tell you why.

Entrepreneurship seems to be a scary word, because we usually imagine a daddy’s son, who with his large amount of money established a company that just occurred to him and is now richer.

Raise your hand the one who has ever thought that — I did it.

But, thanks to the universe, that’s not what entrepreneurship is about. Entrepreneurship is simply the courage to start something. And yes, you need money, but you don’t need $ 1,000,000.00 either. Or maybe yes, but it is a matter of patience and being resourceful — I will explain that later.

Another of my favorite myths is: I am not creative, I cannot be an entrepreneur. Of course, you can! Because, as I said earlier, it’s not about money or creativity, but about bravery. Courage to face the uncertainty that comes with creating a new business: Will it work? Will people like it? Would they pay for it? But, the cool thing is that, — whether your business is “creative” or not — it’s also a way of creating.

Writing this, reminds me of a professor who taught me at the university and said to us: “What’s the use of being the most creative person if, in the end, you don’t use that creativity to create something? I prefer an uncreative entrepreneur who does things, and who can pay a creative to help him in his business. »

Hard, I know. But it’s true. If the universe gave you creativity, use it! There’s nothing better than seeing what was on your mind come true. And, if it wasn’t, if you are not a very creative or skillful person, it’s not an impediment either, because if you are brave to create something, you can work with creative people who will help you grow your business.

That last happened to me. I love art and graphic design, but I don’t have the ability — and I couldn’t develop it either — to draw or simply capture what’s on my mind. Anyway, I wanted to have a brand of t-shirts with graphic designs, but I was a designer potato, what did I do? hire a designer. I don’t even know how we understood each other, but she knew how to capture what I imagined. I made the brand of t-shirts, people liked it and I was able to capture what was on my mind without having the ability.

If you like certain things, but cannot develop them, work with someone who does and make your concerns come true. Point.

Now, let’s talk about money. Earlier, I mentioned that we don’t need a million dollars to encourage us to be entrepreneurs, and it is. Start small if you don’t have the capital, but please start. A million dollars will come later and you can improve your company, because if people liked your project, it will grow and while you are educated, reinvest and there is continuous improvement, it will grow more. Believe me, even if you had a lot of money some businesses just don’t work, so you better start from the bottom and enjoy the trip, and remember that money is not an impediment to start a dream.

I always say this because I have friends who are thirsty to be entrepreneurs — they even name themselves just because they have many ideas — but they have never landed it because they need “x” amount of money to do it and they don’t have it, so they don’t start.

It’s good to have high expectations for your business and it’s also great to want many extravagant things for him. Never lose sight of that. But start. Example: A friend of mine has a dream of creating a Barber Shop, but he doesn’t start because he needs a place and expensive tools, and I don’t know how many other things.

My advice again? Do it step by step. Buy scissors, and if you don’t have money, save for some. — I think that many times we spend on unnecessary things and not on our dreams. I think it’s about determination — . Then, use social networks — they are free — to promote your work and you can do haircuts at home through appointments. And that’s it! You don’t need a place to start. Now educate yourself, learn a lot, manage your money well, and start working in your dream Barber Shop.

I really confirm that need and determination make us creative. Follow your dreams! And remember, those who want, also can, money is not an excuse for not starting something you want and dream of.
