I've been caring for my skin for over a year now.

1. Wash my face with a cleanser twice a day

Both in the morning before you go out and at night before you sleep.

As this helps to control oil on your face, so does it help to minimize your acne, without tearing down or worn out your skin.

2. Eat healthy foods without getting starved

Healthy foods is the second thing I'd go for.

See, healthy food is healthy skin.

If you're not eating healthily, you'll never have glowing skin.

The kind of food you eat determines the kind of bacteria in your intestines-either good or bad.

The good bacteria is what actually nourish your skin and make it to glow up

I eventually knew this after quitting my last job

I'll not lie, the company really take care of me dietary

They would feed us with good foods, give us incentives, supplied purified waters, and it was like we would not leave the work again.

If it's for the care I was getting from the company I shouldn't have left.

But no, my future worth sacrificing anything for. I have to quit working to pursue my carrier.

But I noticed one thing after one month of leaving the job: my skin get ruined.

And I was like, what's happening?

Normally, I'm a kind of person who don't like food as much, so I didn't care to cook on time

I ate foods I can prepared in 5mins or less

I don't like wasting time in the kitchen.

But, after a long thought and examinations, I realised the cause of my ruined skin is the lack of healthy foods.

Then I made some plans for my self:

And since I started following these plans I've been looking good again.

Now listen, not all food will get you glowing skin

Some will even ruin your skin the more.

However, here are list of foods you should eat and should not eat to attain glowing skin

3. Exercise to build my chest butt and arms

Not too long after starting exercising, I saw many ways exercises benefit the skin too

And the last one. I don't actually know how, but you'll look so healthy that people will be attracted to you somehow

Just do it daily, and it'll benefit your skin.

5. Stay away from the sun as much as possible

The sun, is your skin enemy. Especially the hot sun.

After I left my job, at one point I started helping my sister at shop

By the way, her market is not what you'll only stay in shop to sell, most times you'll have to move around to get things done.

Mostly, I walk around in the sun to get things in place, which make me to experience hell that resemble ugliness.

I was very very dark and odd looking.

All these flag are caused by my direct exposure to the sun.

Though, I couldn't avoid it at that time because I was helping my big sis, also I haven't known much about SPF.

But now, I'm in a good arena, maintaining my lovely skin.

For you to get your dreamed beautiful skin, one thing you should unavoidably avoid is the sun

The sun can darken and make you to look ugly.

Apart from that. Excess exposure to the sun causes effects like Sunburn, Sunspots, scarring, cancer, and wrinkledness.

So, to prevent this damages you should avoid getting exposed to the sun at all cost.

Apart from abstaining from the sun, here are other means of protecting your skin from the sun:

If you can make use of all these protections, you'll effortlessly be safe from the harm of the sun.

I'll never ever toy with sun exposure. Even if I'll go out in the sun, I'd rather use the protective means.
