Habits are what defines us.
And because of the importance of them in my life, I’m very serious about them.
That’s the main reason why I & Kris have decided to stay in Medellin for another 6months.
In this email, I’m going to lead you through my day and what I do at certain periods of time.
The very first 30mins of the day are dedicated to — yoga.
It helps me to reduce stress levels, increase the flow of energy, & in general, makes me feel good.
I don’t remember where I saw it, but there was a picture online showing what each stretch means…
And I certainly feel that.
I’m already doing it for over a year and I’m seeing massive benefits on a daily basis.
I’m more stable emotionally and feel better in my own body.
After I do yoga, I take a call shower for another 1–2 minutes.
It helps me to wake up and improves my immune system.
Both short and long-term benefits of doing that.
I don’t eat anything up until 12–1 pm during the day.
However, when I do eat (even though I eat light food mostly) — I feel a dip in my energy.
So to fight that — I simply take a 30min nap.
It seems that it helps to clean my head from toxins and brings me back to the activities I should be focusing on.
After I take a nap, I usually make a mix of Pu Erh and Yerba Mate tea to give me some energy, which usually comes with 1–3 pieces of dar (over 85% cacao) chocolate.
That’s when I mostly have meetings with other agencies, clients, team members.
After a few hours of doing that…
My head stops working and shuts down.
However, recently, I discovered that if I take another break for 40min and do Wim Hof breathing + meditate for another 20minutes, my head refreshes again…
And I can put in another 2–3 hours of work…
Usually, I only do active studying like watching courses, & reading books… Or simply plan my following day or do activities I love…
Like playing football, watching movies, cook, have dinner with other entrepreneurs or spend time with Kris…
And will try to incorporate another recent passion of mine — DJing…
